How we handle your personal data

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Pour Nous Par Nous collects personal data when you fill in one of the forms on this site. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Cop4rock Sàrl, organiser of the Pour Nous Par Nous event held on 1 November 2026 at Pavillon Sicli in Geneva.

Address: 15 rue du Fort-Barreau, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland. Legal form: Swiss limited liability company (Sàrl).

For any question about your data: info@pournousparnous.ch

2. Data we collect

Event registration: name, age, e-mail address, phone number and the number of guests you announce.

Attendance sign-up: your e-mail address.

Feedback on the previous edition: your rating, your comments and, if you wish, your e-mail address.

Sponsorship enquiries: company, contact person, e-mail, phone, message.

Stand and food truck applications: name, brand, e-mail, phone, activity, description, links to your social media and photos.

Volunteer sign-ups: name, age, e-mail, phone, availability slots, t-shirt size, skills and suggestions.

No sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR is requested. We collect nothing without your knowledge, and every optional field is marked as such.

3. Why we use it

Solely to run the event: to get back to you, build the volunteer teams, allocate pitches, answer partnership enquiries and keep you informed about future editions.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

For event registrations: to send you your electronic ticket, estimate how many people to expect so we can size the welcome desk and security accordingly, and hand you your goodie on the day when you show your ticket.

If you have consented to it, we also keep you informed about Pour Nous Par Nous news and future editions. That consent is separate from the registration itself and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your ticket.

4. Who has access

The Pour Nous Par Nous organising team, through a password-protected dashboard.

Our technical providers, who host the data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (confirmation e-mails) and o2switch (the info@pournousparnous.ch mailbox).

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Sign-up data is kept for up to 24 months after the event, so we can contact you for the following edition.

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

After those periods, or at your request, the data is permanently deleted.

Event registrations are kept from one edition to the next, so we can tell you about the following ones. They are deleted if you withdraw your consent to news or ask for their erasure.

6. Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, object to its use, or ask for a transferable copy.

You may also withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done beforehand.

Simply write to info@pournousparnous.ch. We reply within 30 days at most.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the European Union.

7. Cookies and audience measurement

A language cookie records whether you browse the site in French or English. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and does not require your consent.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser, on your device only.

A technical cookie limits how many registrations can be sent from the same browser, to prevent automated submissions. It holds only a counter and a date, cannot identify you, and expires after one hour.

Google Analytics is loaded only after your explicit acceptance. If you decline, or for as long as you have not answered, no measurement script runs and no related cookie is set. Your IP address is anonymised.

Vercel Speed Insights measures loading times without setting any cookie and without allowing you to be identified.

8. Security

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored with our providers under their own security measures. Access to the administration dashboard is password-protected.

As no system is infallible, we undertake to inform you without delay in the event of an incident affecting your data.

9. Changes

This policy may change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
