01Seller

Tickets are sold by Cop4Rock Sàrl, a Swiss limited liability company, organiser of PourNousParNous, which also runs the UMD (Un Magasin Différent) brand.

02Scope

These terms only govern the online sale of tickets for PNPN#2 L'AFTER! on the pournousparnous.ch/after page. Buyers accept them by ticking the box provided before payment.

The night takes place on Saturday 7 November 2026, from 10pm to 4am, at Rooftop 105, Rte des Jeunes 105A, 1212 Lancy. It is for people aged 18 and over.

The PourNousParNous event of 1 November 2026 at Pavillon Sicli, which is free to enter, is not covered.

03Tickets and prices

Tickets are sold online in successive price tiers (Very Early, Early, Late), each in limited quantity. A tier only goes on sale once the previous one has sold out; later tiers remain visible but cannot be bought.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. The price charged is that of the tier shown when the order is confirmed.

An order includes 2 tickets at most, within the remaining availability of the tier on sale.

Tickets may be sold at the door on the night, at a higher price, while capacity lasts. Their availability is not guaranteed.

04Ordering

To order, buyers choose the number of tickets, enter their name and e-mail address, confirm they are 18 or older, accept these terms, then pay on Stripe's secure payment page. Before paying, they can check and change their order.

Tickets are held during payment, for 31 minutes at most. After that, or if payment is abandoned, they go back on sale.

The order is final once payment is confirmed. It entails acceptance of these terms and of the prices shown, and the obligation to pay the full amount.

The seller may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, in particular suspected fraud, clearly incorrect information or an existing dispute with the buyer. An order cancelled after payment is refunded in full.

05Payment

Payment in full is due when ordering. It is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider, using the methods offered on the payment page, including bank cards.

The seller never sees or stores the buyer's bank details.

If payment is declined or does not go through, no order is recorded and the tickets go back on sale.

06Electronic ticket

After payment, the ticket is sent by e-mail to the address provided and can also be viewed online. It carries a unique reference and QR code, valid for everyone in the order.

The ticket is shown at the entrance, on a phone or printed. People in the same order enter together: the QR code can only be used once, and its first presentation admits the whole group.

If the ticket does not arrive, buyers should check their spam folder, then write to info@pournousparnous.ch.

Buyers are responsible for keeping their ticket safe. The seller is not liable for its use by a third party if it is lost, copied or shared.

07Entry conditions

The night is for people aged 18 and over. ID may be requested at the entrance. Anyone under 18, or unable to prove their age, will be refused entry without a refund.

Entry may also be refused, or a person removed, without a refund, in case of dangerous or disrespectful behaviour, obvious intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions and the venue rules.

Arriving late does not entitle anyone to a refund.

08Withdrawal, exchange and refund

Tickets for a night on a set date carry no right of withdrawal: Swiss law provides none for online purchases, and EU law excludes it for leisure activities on a specific date.

Tickets are not taken back, exchanged or refunded, except if the night is cancelled or postponed.

The line-up is given for information only. The replacement or absence of an artist does not entitle anyone to a refund.

09Cancellation or postponement

If the organiser cancels the night, the ticket price is refunded to the payment method used, within 30 days.

If the night is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Buyers who cannot attend may request a refund at info@pournousparnous.ch within 14 days of the postponement being announced.

Buyers are informed by e-mail of any cancellation or postponement. Costs incurred to attend the night (travel, accommodation) are not refunded.

10Transferring a ticket

A ticket may be passed on to someone else, provided it is not resold for more than the price paid. The person receiving it must meet the entry conditions.

Only the first presentation of the QR code gives access: a ticket that is copied or passed on several times only allows one entry.

11Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged during the night, nor for damage caused by third parties.

Each participant is liable for any damage they cause.

12Personal data

The seller processes the buyer's data (name, e-mail address, order) to manage the order, send the ticket, check entries and answer questions, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

13Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Consumers living outside Switzerland keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory venues provided by law for consumers. The seller always prefers an amicable solution: simply write to info@pournousparnous.ch first.

14General provisions

The seller may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the time of the order.

Communication relating to an order takes place by e-mail, at the address given when ordering.
